A group of blisters you hadn't noticed before on your arm demands attention. They are red and swollen, and you think you just saw one of them throb a bit. Scratching them vigorously provides some relief, as does peeling away a bit of dead skin around the edges. You can't help but try to pick at one piece of skin that seems stubborn...

As you accidentally rip the dead skin away, the blisters suddenly burst and spew forth a mass of frenzied crawling insects! They desperately try to re-enter their breached nest -- your own body -- by burrowing into openings in your ears and nostrils. As you scream, they also crawl down your throat!

You are being lowered into the ground, and dirt is being shoveled on top of you. You begin to amusedly protest that you aren't dead, but find that you can't move, or even speak.

A grand sight emerges before you. A glorious banquet appears, such as you have never seen before! Helping yourself to dainties and delicacies and delights of all kinds, you feel as close to contentment as you possibly could, except that there's just one more dish that you wanted to try. You feel a bit bloated.

The feasting never seems to end! You feel a bit self-concious for indulging yourself so freely, but that feeling is quickly replaced with horror as you look down at your impossibly distended and taut belly. You must weigh thousands of pounds. A creaking and rumbling sound accompanies a new pain as your skin spontaneously breaks and cracks to release the pressure your great gluttony has caused. You are splitting at the seams!
